HI there Prosper,

My son wont be coming over then so we will not need the chair, but I will take this chance to let you know that because of the success of having the hire of the scooter from you for Craigs holiday with us, we have bought one for him here in Scotland, it has opened up a whole new world for him, walking with friends and their dogs, shopping in the high street etc etc.

Denise was more than happy with the wheelchair which contributed to an excellent holiday.

We plan to return to Rocha Brava in September and if we fly ( instead of drive ) we would like to hire the wheelchair again – we will be in touch.

Hello Prosper

Just a few lines to thank you for the excellent service you provided during our recent holiday. The scooter was marvelous and managed all the bumpy cobble stones with ease. This is the first time in years I have returned home with something resembling a tan solely due to being able to get out and about instead of sitting in a cafe having endless cups of coffee waiting for others to return from their walkabout.

We spoke to quite a few other disabled people who hadn't realised that it was possible to hire a scooter from yourselves and we passed on your details which we will continue to do in the UK. Only one person said they had found a hire outlet but that the cost was very expensive and like me, she didn't want to take her wheelchair due to it being damaged in the past.

We enjoyed meeting and chatting with your wife, please give her our best wishes.

I am sorry I am a little late in contacting you but on my return from holiday I was admitted into hospital and I was only discharged yesterday. Again let me thank you for your wonderful service and this time I had the added pleasure of meeting you. I must thank you for the absolutely wonderful service I received from you during my stay in Vila Moura. You were so helpful on the telephone and in ensuring delivery was prompt. The scooter was superb - sturdy and powerful enough to negotiate the very rough cobblestones in Vila Moura and Loule with ease as well as quite steep gradients and it really did fit easily into our small hired car.

In truth it was the main factor in making my holiday so enjoyable. I will be back!!

I just wanted to say thank you for enhancing my visit to Portugal, your service and support made my trip memorable. I was anticipating quite a different vacation due to my lack of mobility but you with your service eliminated that and open up so much more for me; I saw, experienced and participated in activities I would not have thought possible.

I will be recommending your company not only to the MS Society here in Canada but also my drug company who offer a concierge service to their clients and when I originally contacted them regarding equipment rentals in Portugal they had no information – well now they will!

Hi Christina,

I hope you are well and the equipment rental has been plenty busy. My dad loved his time using the beach chair and was even trying to convince me to come back and stay in Lagos towards the end of November - sadly work will not permit but I would have thought we will be back early spring!!!!
